Aloha Brothers and Sisters of the Makakilo Hawaii Stake,
April is a busy and exciting month filled with opportunities for spiritual growth and renewal. With General Conference, Easter Sunday (April 20th), and other uplifting activities, we have many chances to draw closer to the Savior and strengthen our faith. We invite you to begin this month by joining us for General Conference, a sacred time to hear the inspired messages of our prophet and leaders.

General Conference is a time for spiritual renewal, personal revelation, and gathering as a worldwide Church. Through uplifting messages and inspired counsel, we can gain direction for our lives and strengthen our faith in Jesus Christ.

To make the most of this sacred experience, we encourage you to:
Pray for personal inspiration before and during conference
Review past talks
Invite friends and family to watch together and discuss key insights
Take notes and set goals based on the messages you receive
We testify that as we prepare our hearts to receive the words of living prophets, we will gain answers to our questions, find peace in our challenges, and feel the Savior’s love more deeply in our lives.
As your Stake Presidency, we invite each of you to approach this conference with an open heart and a spirit of prayer. We know that Heavenly Father speaks to us through His chosen servants, and if we listen with faith, we will hear messages that are meant just for us. No matter where you are in life, there is a place for you in this gospel, and the words shared in General Conference can uplift, inspire, and provide direction in ways you may not expect.
We encourage you to invite your loved ones, reach out to those who may need encouragement, and create an environment where the Spirit can dwell. May this conference be a time of renewal, revelation, and rejoicing in the love of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
We look forward to sharing this uplifting weekend with you and pray that it will bring joy and guidance to each of you.

The Stake Presidency will be doing Temple Recommend Renewal Interviews on a first come first serve basis during the following dates and times:
Sunday, April 13th, 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Sunday, April 27th, 5:00pm - 6:00pm
